You are probably understand the concept ,but i just wanted to remind you few things...
6 tips how to market yourelf:
1- Twitter - Dont just sell - Send quality tweets and show your human side:
Tweet 1: Self promotional
Tweet 2: Link to an article on the Web that you find interesting.
Tweet 3: Something fun or personal.
Tweet 4: Re-tweet someone else's message.
Tweet 5: Link to an article on the Web that you find interesting.
Tweet 6: Self promotional.
They dont have to necessarily be in that order, of course. The point is just to try and mix it up in a little.
Making your tweets about something other than yourself and what you're trying to accomplish will make it more likley that people will want to follow you.
2 - Facebook-
-make connection from Groups you join.
- "Like" and "Share" other people links.
- Comment on people's Status updates.
- Look through your Friends friends.
3 - Linkedln -
- Understand the basic concept: Linkedln is a social networking site for professional - Open an a ccount!
- Complete your profile as thoroughly as possible.
- Start connecting with people you know.
- Look through your connections connections.
- Dont be afraid to ask for a recommendation
- Join groups and take part in conversation.
4 - Blog -
- Start you own blog
- Update your blog consistently - DONT FORGET -do not only sale!!!
- Get your name URL
- Comment on other peoples blogs
5 - Email marketing -
- Now the official laws about e-mailing and advice im about to give you may be just slightly different, so if you end up being carted away to prison or hit with huge fund, dont blame me.
That being said, i am not condoning spam. Not al all.
- Send e-,ails that look like your website, using HTML code for unique layout and design.
- Include links to your site, blog, Twitter account, and more.
- Get message in front of new, existing, and potential contacts immediatly and without a very high cost.
- Track how many people opened your e-mail, when , and who clicked a link, and wich links they clicked.
6 - Get off the computer, go out and meet some people at the REAL WORLD
